# Squad Leader Dashboard

> Your central hub for managing events, sponsors, revenue, and agreements

The Squad Leader dashboard is your home base on HackerSquad. It gives you a quick overview of your program status, key metrics, and shortcuts to the tools you use most.

## Program overview

At the top of the dashboard, you'll see a summary of your Squad Leader program status:

| Metric          | Description                                             |
| --------------- | ------------------------------------------------------- |
| Events managed  | Total number of events you've created and managed       |
| Upcoming events | Events that haven't happened yet                        |
| Total earnings  | Cumulative revenue earned from sponsorship commissions  |
| Active sponsors | Number of sponsors currently engaged across your events |

The dashboard provides direct access to the key areas of your Squad Leader portal:

## Personal statistics

The dashboard displays your personal performance metrics to help you track your growth as a Squad Leader:

* **Events hosted** — The total number of events you've run since joining the program
* **Sponsorship deals closed** — How many sponsors you've brought to your events
* **Total revenue generated** — The total sponsorship revenue across all your events (before platform fee)
* **Your earnings** — Your commission share (typically 70%) of total sponsorship revenue

<Tip>Check your dashboard regularly to stay on top of upcoming events and pending actions like unsigned agreements or sponsor follow-ups.</Tip>

## Getting started from the dashboard

If you're new to the Squad Leader program, the dashboard helps you get oriented:
