Editing your profile
To update your company profile, navigate to the Company Portal and click Edit Profile (or use the quick action on the Company Dashboard). You can edit the following fields:| Field | Description |

| Company name | Your official company or organization name |
| Logo | A square logo image displayed across event pages and sponsorship listings |
| Description | A brief overview of what your company does, the tools you offer, or the developer community you serve |
| Website URL | Your company’s public website |
Verification status
Every company profile goes through a verification process before it appears publicly on the platform. There are two visibility states:- Verified — Your profile is public and visible to builders, event organizers, and Squad Leaders across HackerSquad. You can receive sponsorship inquiries and appear in the event marketplace.
- Not verified — Your profile is private. You can still create events and configure settings, but your company won’t appear publicly until verification is complete.
Company profiles must be verified before appearing publicly on the platform. Verification is reviewed by the HackerSquad team and typically happens within a few business days.
Multiple companies
A single HackerSquad account can be associated with multiple companies. This is useful if you manage or contribute to more than one organization. To switch between companies, use the active company selector at the top of the Company Portal. Your active company determines which dashboard, events, team, and settings you see. You can create a new company at any time from the Company Portal without affecting your existing company profiles.Next steps
