The Company Dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in to HackerSquad as a company manager. It provides an overview of your event activity, quick access to DevRel tools, and key performance metrics.

Active company selector

If you belong to multiple companies, use the company selector at the top of the dashboard to switch between them. Your current subscription plan is displayed as a badge next to the company name.

DevRel Platform overview

The hero section at the top of the dashboard displays three key metrics at a glance:
MetricDescription
Total EventsThe total number of events your company has created
Upcoming EventsEvents scheduled in the future
Total SubmissionsThe number of project submissions across all your events

DevRel Tools

The dashboard highlights three core tools available to your company:

Social Content Generator

Generate AI-powered social media posts from your content. Available on Pro plans and above.

Run Events

Create and manage developer events — from hack nights to full hackathons.

Technical Challenges

Create coding challenges for developers to solve. Coming soon.

Your Events log

The Your Events section shows a chronological list of your most recent events. Each entry displays:
  • Event name and date
  • Event format badge (e.g., Hack Night, Hackathon)
  • Quick action links to Manage or View the event
Click Manage to open the full Event Management dashboard for that event. Click View to see the public event page.

Analytics preview

Analytics preview is available on Pro, Scale, and Enterprise plans.
If your company is on a Pro or higher plan, the dashboard includes an Analytics Preview section with high-level metrics from your events — including attendance trends, submission counts, and engagement data. If you are on a Free or Starter plan, you will see a prompt to upgrade your plan to unlock analytics. Visit Plans & Pricing for details.

Plan limit warning

Events created beyond your monthly limit will be blocked.
When your company is approaching its monthly event creation limit, a Plan Limit Warning banner appears at the top of the dashboard. This banner shows how many events you have remaining for the current billing period and links to your plan upgrade page. Review your plan limits on the Plans & Pricing page.

Quick Actions

At the bottom of the dashboard, two buttons provide shortcuts to common tasks:
  • Edit Profile — Update your company name, logo, description, and website. See Company Profile.
  • Manage Team — Invite team members, manage pending invitations, and remove members. See Team Management.
