The Agreements page shows all contracts where you are a party — including sponsorship agreements with companies and your Squad Leader program agreement with HackerSquad. You can review, sign, and track the status of each agreement from here.

Viewing agreements

Navigate to Agreements from your Squad Leader dashboard. The agreements list shows all contracts associated with your Squad Leader account:

Agreement statuses

Each agreement displays a color-coded status badge: Agreements with an Action Required indicator need your signature. These appear prominently so you can quickly identify contracts that need attention.

Signing an agreement

When a contract requires your signature:

Open the agreement

Click on the contract from your agreements list to open the full agreement view.

Review the content

Read through the complete agreement text, including all terms, obligations, and conditions. Scroll through the entire document before proceeding.

Type your legal name

In the signature field, type your full legal name exactly as it should appear on the signed document.

Submit your signature

Click Sign Agreement to submit. Your signature is recorded along with an audit trail for legal compliance.
Signing an agreement is a legally binding action. Review all terms carefully before submitting your signature.

Audit trail

Every signature captures a complete audit trail:
  • Typed name — The legal name entered by the signer
  • Hashed IP address — A hashed record of your IP address
  • Browser information — The browser and device used to sign
  • Timezone — Your timezone at the time of signing
  • Timestamp — The exact date and time the signature was submitted
Agreements connect your sponsor pipeline to formal commitments:
  1. You prospect and close a sponsor deal through the Sponsor CRM
  2. A sponsorship agreement is created (either by you, an event organizer, or a HackerSquad administrator)
  3. The agreement appears in your Agreements list for review and signature
  4. Once all parties sign, the sponsorship is formalized and payment can proceed
Sponsorship agreements are also visible to the sponsor company in their Contracts section. Both parties can track the same agreement from their respective portals.

Viewing completed agreements

Once all parties have signed, the agreement status changes to Completed. You can:
  • View the full agreement — Open the contract to review the signed document and all terms
  • Download as PDF — Export a copy of the completed agreement for your records
  • View signature details — See who signed and when
