The Sponsorships tab in the Event Management dashboard lets you manage all sponsorship activity for your event. Access it from the Event Management Overview by clicking the Sponsorships tab.

Viewing event sponsors

The sponsorships page displays all companies that have sponsored your event. Each entry shows:

Company nameThe sponsoring company’s name and logo
TierThe sponsorship level selected (Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze)
Payment statusCurrent payment state (Pending, Paid, or Cancelled)
AmountThe sponsorship dollar amount

Sponsorship tiers

Events support up to five sponsorship tiers, each with configurable pricing and benefits:
TierDescription
DiamondTop-tier sponsorship with maximum visibility, speaking slots, and premium placement
PlatinumHigh-visibility sponsorship with prominent branding and engagement opportunities
GoldMid-tier sponsorship with standard branding and event presence
SilverEntry-level paid sponsorship with basic branding
BronzeMinimal sponsorship tier for community supporters
Not all tiers need to be enabled. Configure only the tiers that make sense for your event size and audience.

Configuring tiers

As an event manager, you can set up sponsorship tiers with custom pricing and benefits:

Open the Sponsorships tab

Navigate to your event’s management page and click the Sponsorships tab.

Configure tier pricing

Set the price for each tier you want to offer. Tiers without a price are hidden from sponsors.

Define tier benefits

Describe what each tier includes — logo placement, speaking slots, booth space, social media mentions, or other perks.

Set max sponsors per tier

Limit the number of sponsors per tier to maintain exclusivity. Once a tier is full, it is no longer available for purchase.

Payment status tracking

Sponsorship payments are processed through Stripe. Track each sponsor’s payment state:

PendingSponsor has selected a tier but payment has not been completed
PaidPayment has been successfully processed through Stripe
CancelledSponsorship has been cancelled or payment was refunded
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Refunds and disputes are managed through the Stripe dashboard.
Click on any sponsor to view their full company profile, including:
  • Company name, logo, and website
  • Contact information
  • Sponsorship tier and payment details
  • Any associated agreements or contracts
